I want our subscription to be cancelled. Cancellation is not possible through the portal, and support is not provided by sending an e-mail. The program is already full of bugs.

How to view and delete registered devices?

Notice of the operation of AMZSCOUT today:

Hey!Oops, you installed the extension on 4 devices. The limit is 3 devices under the Standard plan. You're welcome to uninstall on another device and unlock this device, or switch to our new Enterprise plan.

I want to know, if I want to selectively delete the device that I have logged in, how should I view it? Please guide the operation. Thank you

How should I turn off this damn automatic renewal and automatically deduct.

I originally only wanted to use it for a month, but I didn't expect to charge my service fee this month. And there is no place to cancel this devil's automatic deduction, which is unfair. I didn't enjoy your services and features but paid for it. I have to apply for a refund.

Double Items in Research Result

It seems that every time I ran the AMZ Scout, the result always came in double for each item. So for an example in an amazon page you'll usually ran 48 result right? Mine got 96. The same item got analysed twice every single time.


Has anyone experienced it?

Please help! I've already tried following the steps sent by AMZ Scout team. It didn't do anything.
