Unable to scroll correctly via chrome extension.

Does any other functions in the chrome extension don't work?

Please, try to switch off all other extensions in your browser and:

1) Remove Extension
2) Clear cache and cookie files in your browser
3) Install Extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amzscout-pro/njopapoodmifmcogpingplfphojnfeea?hl=en

If this does not help, please, write.

Hi Alexis, not this did not fix the issue.  When i try to scroll using the plugin i just get the double headed arrow (or its hit and miss), and plugin doesn't seem to display the up arrow or 'hand' i need in order to scroll down the listings. If I finally get the up arrow and try to select it, it launches a new page as if I have selected an item within the listings. Very frustrating tool

I just purchased this tool and I also am unable to scroll with the mouse. I do not have a scroll bar on the side of the window.

I have the same problem, I can see a very thin black bar but when the mouse pointer is over it only allow me to change the windows size, and can never click on the bar to scroll up and down

we've already answered you by e-mail. The scroll line serves only for understanding that there are more items to see.

You can scroll only by the mouse's wheel.

Everything has a scroll bar ... because it is convenient. Can it please be added to this software?
