Error Message "Can pull product information from this page"

I keep getting an error message AMZscout is not able to pull product information from this page. AMZScout can extract products from Amazon pages where products are" I'm searching a niche, have product showing, so it should be working. I'm fine on my laptop but not my desktop.  Is there a known conflict with other extensions or something else I'm missing? I've reinstalled and it will work once then goes back to the error.
