Product History feature Not working? Anyone else having this problem??

I am having the same problem and I've also noticed that I'm not getting keywords on a lot of products as well, but I don't know if they were just set up that way or not. I was sure the Product History was working previously on the extension. 

Thanks Craig for your reply, yes it was working just a few days ago perfectly. I am going to remove and reinstall like Alexis has mentioned below, hope that works:)

Hi!

We would ask you to help us and try all possible variants in order to find the error reason.

1) Please, reload your browser;

2) remove the extension;

3) clean cache and cookie;

4)Download it again using the link https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amzscout-pro/njopapoodmifmcogpingplfphojnfeea?authuser=1

5) make sure that you enter the extension with the same Facebook/ Google/ Chrome account.


Let us know if you still have the same issue then.

The issue was fixed. Please, check the work of extension.

Remove the extension, clean cache, and cookies and install it once again.
