Whenever I click the favorites button to view products later I am not able to recall it

please, tell you've added the product in chrome extension by "star" button.

Then when you try to check them you don't have them stored? Or the button does not work?

Can you send us screenshot or the video of the issue for better understanding here: support@amzscout.net?

And have you tried to reinstall the extension?
