Please, try to update the chrome browser and:

1) Remove Extension
2) Clear cache and cookie files in your browser
3) Install Extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amzscout-pro/njopapoodmifmcogpingplfphojnfeea?hl=en

Then check the work of extension once again.
