please, check do you have the latest version of chrome browser?

And do you use anti-virus or vpn for the work?

If yes, try to switch them off and:

1) Remove Extension
2) Clear cache and cookie files in your browser
3) Install Extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amzscout-pro/njopapoodmifmcogpingplfphojnfeea?hl=en

And check again its work.
