i paid for pro but none of my main tab works, why is that, your tutorial platform is not the same as the thing i bought from you...i paid 44 bucks but i cannot do anything, why the main tabs are deactive, that is not right.

why should i pay for pro, but my Trend tab, my Niche Keyword tab are deacative and i don't have the 3 vertical dots on the right side, i emailed Helpdesk more than 20 times, but she didn't care and still don't care...please let me know what to do...your service didn't help me at all...i paid for pro but my plan is $19...that is not right...
