I think I have figured it out, I followed the advice again but this time when I switched on my other chrome extensions I did so one at a time. I found out the extension "BuyBot Pro" is affecting AmzScout display! maybe useful for future user problems

Try to update the browser. Also, check have you deleted all information about the extension in your browser.
If you use anti-virus, try to switch it off and reinstall the extension once again.
