My AMZ Scout Chrome extension doesn't show any of data.

Hello, there!

I bought a pro version for a month.

It worked well a week ago. 

Now I am failing to check any data as shown on the below screenshot.

Please help.

Hi!

We would ask you to help us and try all possible variants in order to find the error reason.

1) Please, reload your browser;

2) remove the extension;

3) clean cache and cookie;

4)Download it again using the link https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amzscout-pro/njopapoodmifmcogpingplfphojnfeea?authuser=1

5) make sure that you enter the extension with the same Facebook/ Google/ Chrome account.

If you still have the same issue then, please, provide the link for goods and country name you are looking in and provide to support@amzscout.net

Hi, pay attention to clean cache and cookie in your Chrome browser after removing the extension.

It helped me from the first time.

it seems AMZ Scout is a fraud, i pay for that but get anything

I know its frustrating... my patience is definitely tested. However, what I do know is they are not trying to be fraudulent. It's a young company that has to be more responsible with their processes and code and updates. They are clumsy. Though I have a different tech stack, my background is in development so i get it.. they will have to learn to fail fast, take full responsibility and put consumer's first without excuse because excuses are only good to those who make them.

 

Some of the functionality has returned for me but the process, login and redirects are messy, and taxing to the patience. Doesn't work in the Brave browser anymore (which is essentially Chrome). awkward..It's not a pleasant user experience. I'm redirected to an automatic search for beach towels, then prompted to a demo tutorial. Really, Y'all? Really? They are doing what's easy for them vs the consumer. Many people have this issue. All i kept getting was generic macro-template replies of the same instructions that didn't work. It's annoying. It's a good thing its a lifetime extension cause I wouldn't invest any further... not another dime! 🤔This may help you - my issue was because I changed my email address to another one (which I should be able to do without having to be forced to create a gmail account.  I understand your frustration. Keep at it until they resolve it. I spent over half my day yesterday having to press these folks and they didn't even own it.. just a 'i'm sorry' instead of having to the willingness to make improvements and hear the feedback to make some changes. I didn't want 'i'm sorry' we want resolution. Unfortunately we already know how this story will unfold. I hope it works out for you, 乔嘉璐! Hang in there.

Alexis, you've been kind. Thank you. I believe someone else has completed this request. However, I'm not sure why its not working in the Brave browser. Is there anything else you'd like me to do? Besides the redirects, it work in Chrome. Brave is built off Chrome for clarity.

Unfortunately, at the moment our extension works only with 1 browser - Google Chrome and that's why our tool is not available on the Brave which is based on the Chromium web browser. But we transfer all customers' requests to our developers since we are interested in improving our service. I hope, our extensions will be available on other browsers soon. And please, feel free to contact us with your ideas and requests. We will highly appreciate it.

I am having same problem. They responded few times and no reply for my email. Not happy with customer service at all. Tried to call the contact number they provided with billing email and message says number is not registered. Feeling lost.

I have signed up to AMZscout but the chrome extension does not seem to be working. I also do not have have the "find supp
I continue to gliers on Alibaba". When researching, my extension only shows a "suppliers" which does not do the same level search as the ones with suppliers on Alibaba one as demonstrated in the videos on the use of the app for product research. 

I continue to get the message "There are no suppliers on Alibaba for this keyword corresponding to these filter settings". I have mailed the team and this has yet to be resolved so wondering if anyone here has had the experience previously and how they resolved it please
