Automatically run extension on amazon search result page

Hi, is it possible to add a feature where amz scout will run itself on amazon search result page. Sometimes I open 10 pages for 10 different keyword, clicking the amz scout one by one is time consuming.

Also please give us an option where or not to turn on the feature of amz scout when we needed it to auto run and turn it off when it is not needed
