I called into AMZScout and cancelled my software, which had not been used, on August 26, 2025.  I dealt with Alex who identified himself/herself as a Customer Service Manager.  I was the victim of fraud.  A company I signed up with to mentor me on selling on Amazon, got into my Amazon Seller account and was charging products to my account.  This was before I had even started buying products.  When I discovered that I immediately cancelled those orders which had not shipped and I closed my Amazon Seller Central account.  I just tried to sign into that account and was unable to, so this has been done.  I asked Alex for a refund of the software cost of the AmzScout.  The amount of $399.99 had been charged to my Chase account ending in 6356.  He said I would be refunded this amount but it has not been credited back to my Chase account or mailed to me.  I am writing to resolve this matter once and for all.  Please followup with me @ www.goldenauraenterprisesinfo.com or carolegaddis@gmail.com
