trends hasn't worked for a while guys. Will you fix it??

please, try at first:

1) Remove Extension
2) Clear cache and cookie files in your browser
3) Install Extension

Hi Alexis,

I have done the above twice. 

Still not working, just has a grey screen with a picture of an unhappy face in a square and says google trends refuses to connect.

Hi Alexis,

Trends wont work through the AMZ Scout extension on any Amazon search result any more.

I have tried clearing all cookies, un-installing the extension and re-installing it again. I have also reinstalled my chrome browser. It just wont work.....
