i was asked to pay when ive subscribed for 1 year.
hi guys... i cannot get the data. it says i need to pay since my trial is over but i have paid for the 1year subscription. please help.

bryan.. is this recent? I just got the hang of using it and it just refused me today. I had it for less than a month now.
it has just started and my subscription ends in May.. I bought for 1 year,,!

I'm sorry for this inconvenience. There is a technical issue with the extension today.
Please, try to:
1) Remove Extension
2) Clear cache and cookie files in your browser
3) Install Extension
