Google extension didn't give me any data!!!!

2) Clear cache and cookie files in your browser
3) Install Extension

Now I have the same problem, there is no data available. As @Alexis has suggested, I have removed the extension, cleared cache and cookies and installed the extension again, but this hasn't worked, still no data available.

I'm from Spain.
