I think I have figured it out, I followed the advice again but this time when I switched on my other chrome extensions I did so one at a time. I found out the extension "BuyBot Pro" is affecting AmzScout display! maybe useful for future user problems

I have the same issue it was bearable but its getting worse than ever now
