Alexis, you've been kind. Thank you. I believe someone else has completed this request. However, I'm not sure why its not working in the Brave browser. Is there anything else you'd like me to do? Besides the redirects, it work in Chrome. Brave is built off Chrome for clarity.

I know its frustrating... my patience is definitely tested. However, what I do know is they are not trying to be fraudulent. It's a young company that has to be more responsible with their processes and code and updates. They are clumsy. Though I have a different tech stack, my background is in development so i get it.. they will have to learn to fail fast, take full responsibility and put consumer's first without excuse because excuses are only good to those who make them.

 

Some of the functionality has returned for me but the process, login and redirects are messy, and taxing to the patience. Doesn't work in the Brave browser anymore (which is essentially Chrome). awkward..It's not a pleasant user experience. I'm redirected to an automatic search for beach towels, then prompted to a demo tutorial. Really, Y'all? Really? They are doing what's easy for them vs the consumer. Many people have this issue. All i kept getting was generic macro-template replies of the same instructions that didn't work. It's annoying. It's a good thing its a lifetime extension cause I wouldn't invest any further... not another dime! 🤔This may help you - my issue was because I changed my email address to another one (which I should be able to do without having to be forced to create a gmail account.  I understand your frustration. Keep at it until they resolve it. I spent over half my day yesterday having to press these folks and they didn't even own it.. just a 'i'm sorry' instead of having to the willingness to make improvements and hear the feedback to make some changes. I didn't want 'i'm sorry' we want resolution. Unfortunately we already know how this story will unfold. I hope it works out for you, 乔嘉璐! Hang in there.

Thanks, Dmitriy. I have done that several times to assure it's not user error but it's not working. Thanks though. Glad your issue is resolved. : )

Hi. Did the set of instructions work for you? I've tried them several times, but to no avail. Didn't work for me. Starting to see the same comment in other places as well..
