in our chrome extension, the search is made by the image, not by ASIN.

Sure, when a seller launch a product on Amazon it has its unique ASIN.

Alibaba is a separate platform.

Unfortunately, you can't choose Saturation Score results for checking, only Product Score could be shown according to the scale.

please, try to do the following steps:

1) Remove Extension
2) Clear cache and cookie files in your browser
3) Install Extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amzscout-pro/njopapoodmifmcogpingplfphojnfeea?hl=en

If this does not help, send the link on Amazon page where do you have this issue and e-mail connected to the license.
