5) make sure that you enter the extension with the same Facebook/ Google/ Chrome account

We calculate estimated sales using formula based on Amazon top level category (f.e. Home & Garden, Books) and rank in one of these categories. Data based on real sales in specific category. Here we say in more details how we calculate Est.Sales:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pxw4bY3nJUY

Chrome Extension PRO gathers rank for the last 30 days and calculates average rank. So estimated sales in Chrome Extension PRO are based on the average rank per month.

As you may see in the product history it has changed during this period.

thank you for the screenshot. Could you please check the number of sales again? The rank has changed. 
As far as I see the number of estimated sales right now is 128.
Is it your product? Could you please, send us more details on what numbers are not accurate and what they should be, in your opinion?
