yes, this is a random function which provides examples of good niches. 

The chrome extension has a good feature  The Potential Score (scaled from 1 to 10) includes many parameters apart from sales and reviews. Such parameters are the presence of strong brands in the niche, a monopoly of Amazon in the niche, the presence of new sellers and niche history. It helps to find good niches by youself.
