Have asked our developers to check. Unfortunately, for some products which are available from 2018, our system still couldn't collect the keywords. But they will be collected later. 
I apologize for this inconvenience. 

But I would like to recommend you other tools for working with keywords:

web app (it includes keyword explorer) and keywords tracker https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/keyword-tracker-by-amzsco/fgkhimnkbaccbhigaeoggfbmggdidjjj.

The web app includes the Keywords Explorer which allows you to find keywords based on different product categories.

To sign in to WebApp go to https://amzscout.net hit on " Sign in to web app" in the right upper corner, and use your email and password or Weibo or google account.

Keyword tracker allows monitoring both your products and your competitors’ offerings.
