Please, reinstall the extension and clean cashe and cookies.
Also on its work may influence how many pages you upload, the internet connection, are there installed other extensions or any vpn services/antivirus programs.
Try to switch them off and check the work of extension after this.

We would ask you to help us and try all possible variants in order to find the error reason.
1) Please, reload your browser;
2) remove the extension;
3) clean cache and cookie;
4)Download it again using the link https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amzscout-pro/njopapoodmifmcogpingplfphojnfeea?authuser=1
5) make sure that you enter the extension with the same Facebook/ Google/ Chrome account.
