please, log in at our web site: https://amzscout.net/ by your current login credentials and change the password at the settings page.
Then you need to:
1) Remove Extension
2) Clear cache and cookie files in your browser
3) Install Extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/amzscout-pro/njopapoodmifmcogpingplfphojnfeea?hl=en
And log in by your new login credentials.
Sometimes it may take at least 10 minutes for the system to update information, So if you could not log in for the first time by a new password, please, wait a while and try once again.
